In the magnificent marble hall of Schloss Mirabell, one of Salzburg's most beautiful and historically significant concert venues, music merges with Baroque elegance. Here, where the Mozart family once performed for the Salzburg archbishops, Ensemble 1756 presents a program featuring works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Nepomuk Hummel.
The concert includes Mozart's Salzburg Divertimento in F major K. 138, the Piano Concerto in B-flat major K. 595 with soloist Anastasiia Kliuchereva, and the famous Serenade in G major K. 525 "Eine kleine Nachtmusik." In between, Hummel's Quintet for piano, violin, viola, cello, and double bass in E-flat minor Op. 87 will be performed. Ensemble 1756, founded in Salzburg, consists of professional members trained at renowned institutions such as the Mozarteum. With artistic refinement and stylistic diversity, the concert offers a special auditory experience. Program subject to change.
