No. Appica takes the information from where organizers publish it anyway, e.g. on their website, on Instagram or by email. The information doesn't need to be structured: free text, PDFs or photos of flyers are fine too.
No. Appica delivers the events into your existing system, linked to your categories and locations. Additions you make by hand are not lost.
No problem. Appica offers its own interface (API) as well as Excel and CSV exports. We are also happy to connect to your system's interface, just get in touch. And of course you can also use Appica's web calendar directly.
Appica checks the sources daily and automatically transfers changes and cancellations to your calendar.
Only if you want it to. You decide which sources are included, can filter by rules or review new entries before they are published.
Appica relies on European AI: your events are captured, prepared and translated with language models from the French provider Mistral AI, processed in data centres in the EU. The data is not used to train AI models, and Appica itself is hosted in the EU.

Appica works on the automated capture of event data every day and has already proven itself in practice with more than 50,000 processed events.
