Description

During the Mozart Holiday Week, children aged 7 to 11 explore the life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in a playful way. What did his daily life in Salzburg look like? Did he have a children’s room or a pet? And how did childhood in the 18th century differ from today? Mozart’s sister Maria Anna “Nannerl,” herself a musical prodigy, is also featured. The young visitors explore the original Mozart museums in Salzburg’s old town through interactive guided tours and workshops.

The week combines music, history, and sustainability. The children learn how stories are created, consider different perspectives, and reflect on the role of materials and resources—then and now. Critical thinking, diversity, and responsibility are fostered in a playful manner. An exciting week full of discoveries, music, and fun awaits the participants.
