Experience Dietrich Faber in an emotional cabaret show full of wit, satire, and music. An emotional rollercoaster ride with quirky characters and profound observations – guaranteed to captivate!
Dietrich Faber, bestselling author from Giessen, cabaret artist, actor, and musician, presents his new solo show "With Feeling!". The performance combines captivating entertainment with humorous texts, sharp satire, and his own songs on piano and guitar. Faber explores the zeitgeist in which feelings are often prioritized over facts, taking the audience on an emotional rollercoaster between genuine emotions and exaggerated sentimentality.
In rapid role changes, he slips into well-known and new characters, including the Upper Hessian emotion expert Manni Kreutzer. Whether right-wing agitators in an emotionally charged musical, Karl Lauterbach in a mindfulness seminar, or the ecstatic organ player Willi – the show promises a mix of depth, wit, and unexpected twists. At its core are feelings, but in the end, it’s about what the world needs: compassion.
