Must I Absolutely Miss – Tour

Cordoba78, Austria's most exciting newcomer band, is taking their first self-organized tour to the stage—and turning every club into a stadium. With sweat-drenched shirts, oversized suits, and guitar solos that sound like they're from the last century, the five members create a unique blend of indie, pop, and raw energy. Their sound oscillates between collective ecstasy and stadium melancholy, between blues guitars, soulful piano, and reverberating melodies.

With their debut album AFTERHOUR KALTENBRUNNEN (released on July 31, 2026), they present 14 songs about intoxication and hangovers, anger and love, after-hours and the fleeting happiness in between. The band, which played 60 shows in 2026 and supported Ennio, Betterov, and Sportfreunde Stiller, proves that smart, loud music can emerge far from the big cities. Singer Carlo emphasizes: 'We come from a backwater—and we show that leftist music with substance can come from there.' Behind the sound are Carlo Giulio Sossella (vocals), Tobias Fussenegger (guitar), Paul Pichler (piano), Georg Pinter (bass), and Alex Fetz (drums).
