Castle Concert in Salzburg

In the Baroque Marble Hall of Schloss Mirabell, where the Mozart family once performed for the Salzburg archbishops, Ensemble 1756 presents a concert featuring works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and other composers. Founded in Salzburg, the ensemble’s members were trained at the Mozarteum and other renowned universities, blending Baroque elegance with classical precision. With flexible lineups and international experience—from concert tours to TV appearances—they captivate audiences through lively interpretations and stylistic diversity.

In the historic setting of the hall, one of the world’s most beautiful concert venues, a musical experience unfolds that harmoniously unites sound and space. The exact program will be announced soon, but it promises works from Mozart’s Salzburg period and the Classical era.
