Description

This modern reinterpretation of Mozart's Così fan tutte combines the composer's music and that of his contemporaries with a contemporary exploration of love, loyalty, and trust. Students from the Mozarteum University Salzburg and young people from the Musisches Gymnasium Salzburg engage in an artistic dialogue to explore the relevance of these themes today.

The performance, presented in German and Italian, is accompanied by German and English surtitles. Under the musical direction of Kai Röhrig and the stage direction of Florentine Klepper, a chamber orchestra, Alexander Gergelyfi on the fortepiano, and performers from both educational institutions take part. The production is aimed at young people aged 14 and over and is particularly suitable for school classes.
