Description

In the historic setting of Salzburg’s DomQuartier, visitors are treated to a festive experience of Romanticism. The opulent halls of the Residenz resonate with music by Carl Maria von Weber, Michael Haydn, Franz Schubert, and other composers of the era. Performers include the Collegium Vocale Salzburg as well as artists such as Matej Dzido, Ferdinand Steiner, and Ekaterina Krasko.

A special highlight is the chamber concerts that lead through the rooms, making Romanticism tangible with all the senses. The accompanying program features historical dances, silhouette portraits, and a candlelit dinner. Inspired by Franz Schubert’s visit to Salzburg in 1825, the evening blends music, culture, and culinary delights in collaboration with the DomQuartier Salzburg.

A celebration that reawakens the city’s Romantic heritage through poetry and melodies.
