Description

To mark the 75th anniversary of the festival, CAMERATA Salzburg invites you to a unique concert where the audience spontaneously determines the program. Under the musical direction and as master of ceremonies for the birthday celebration, Afanasy Chupin guides the evening. The orchestra draws from its extensive repertoire and presents treasured works, with the exact selection only announced on the day of the concert. What is certain is that pieces will be played that are part of the ensemble’s musical DNA.

The entire CAMERATA family – the orchestra as a collective and soloists from its own ranks – celebrates this special anniversary together with the audience. A pre-concert introduction takes place 30 minutes before the start in the Wiener Saal. Discounted tickets are available for young people up to the age of 30, as well as for visitors with wheelchairs or reduced earning capacity.
