In the Baroque Marble Hall of Schloss Mirabell, where the Mozart family once performed for the Salzburg archbishops, Ensemble 1756 presents a concert featuring works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and other composers. Founded in Salzburg, the ensemble brings together musicians trained at the Mozarteum and other renowned universities who now perform in leading orchestras and ensembles. With flexible lineups and international experience—from concert tours across Europe, Asia, and America to television appearances—it blends Baroque splendor with classical virtuosity. The evening promises an extraordinary auditory experience, where historical setting and vibrant interpretation merge into a harmonious whole.
