U20 Poetry Slam

At the U20 Poetry Slam at the Literaturhaus, teenagers and young adults up to their 21st birthday take the stage with self-written texts. Whether profound lyrics, humorous storytelling, rhythmic rap poetry, or experimental spoken word—anything is allowed as long as it is performed without aids in a maximum of six minutes. The slam is a staple for emerging writers and a place where the younger generation showcases what moves them with raw energy and polished language. An evening full of creativity, diversity, and unfiltered perspectives.
