Description

A green crocodile is convinced: it can sing! But what makes for a great performance? In this listening concert for children aged 4 to 11, this question is answered in an unusual way. In a song contest of a special kind, various voices and characters compete against each other—sometimes quirky, sometimes bold, sometimes surprisingly beautiful. The BachWerkVokal Salzburg ensemble, led by Gordon Safari, shows that music often begins where one simply dares to try.

The audience experiences the sounds up close, watches the musicians at their instruments, and can even get involved themselves: listening, dancing, or singing along. Whether it’s princesses beyond pink, musical kitchen utensils, or the story of Fink Fridolin and cheeky Frida—the concert celebrates the diversity of voices and the courage to discover one’s own creativity. An interactive and joyful journey into the world of music where everyone is welcome to participate.
