Castle Concert in the Marble Hall

The castle concert in the magnificent Marble Hall of Mirabell Palace in Salzburg promises a musical experience featuring works by Mozart and Tchaikovsky. The internationally renowned Mozart Consort Salzburg, under the direction of Matthias Beckmann on cello, presents masterpieces such as the Salzburg Divertimento in D major KV 136 and Tchaikovsky's Rococo Variations op.33. The musicians honor the rich tradition of the city of Mozart, inspired by Leopold Mozart's "Thorough Violin School." The Marble Hall, a historically significant concert hall, provides an unparalleled setting where the Mozart family once performed for the Archbishop of Salzburg.
