A classic fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm brought to life as a magical puppet show for the whole family. Featuring the famous Salzburg Marionettes and the legendary Kasperl.
Description
The Salzburg Marionette Theatre presents a classic staging of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Snow White" as a puppet show. The vain queen plans to eliminate Snow White to remain the fairest in the land. The princess finds refuge with the seven dwarfs behind the seven mountains. This performance combines traditional marionette theatre with the famous Salzburg Kasperl and is particularly suitable for visitors aged 4 and above.
The characters, set design, and costumes are by Günther Schneider-Siemssen, with musical arrangements by Max Gehmacher and Rolf Maedel. An ensemble of puppeteers and speakers brings the story to life on stage. The performance lasts approximately one hour and is presented in German with English explanations.
