To mark the end of the season, the Salzburg State Theatre invites you to a magical festival: two days of theatrical enchantment await visitors at the State Theatre and in the Mirabell Garden. The gala on Friday and Saturday evening will feature artistic contributions from drama, ballet, musical theatre, and the Young State Theatre division.
On Saturday, the theatre festival opens its doors for a behind-the-scenes look. Tours through makeup, costume, and technical departments provide insights into the theatre’s work. The four divisions will present specially prepared programmes, excerpts from already performed pieces, and exclusive previews of the upcoming season. Together with the Mozarteum Orchestra and under the musical direction of Carlo Benedetto Cimento and Tobias Meichsner, a magical atmosphere of music, drama, and dance will be created—a festival for all the senses.
