Experience a festive year-end celebration with Mozart and Strauss – elegance meets Viennese waltz tradition. A concert full of charm and joie de vivre!
Description
To ring in the new year, visitors can look forward to a concert that combines the timeless elegance of Wolfgang Amadé Mozart with the spirited charm of Johann Strauss. The program features Mozart’s Divertimento in F major, K. 138, and the String Quartet in E-flat major, K. 160, as well as Strauss’s popular pieces "Leichtes Blut," "Pariser Polka," and "Unter Donner und Blitz."
The works will be performed by members of the Residenz Ensemble: Emeline Pierre and Balazs Moldiz on violin, Romana Rauscher on viola, and Detlef Mielke on cello. A musical bridge between classical chamber music and Viennese joie de vivre—perfect for ending the year in festive spirits.
