Palace Concert in the Marble Hall with Works by Mozart and Contemporaries

In the historic Marble Hall of Schloss Mirabell, where the Mozart family once performed for the Salzburg archbishops, the Mozart Consort Salzburg presents a festive concert featuring Baroque and Classical masterpieces. Founded in 1999, the ensemble is renowned for its international performances and CD recordings, dedicated to the works of Wolfgang Amadé Mozart and his contemporaries.

The program includes Mozart’s Salzburg Divertimento in D major K. 136, the Serenade in G major K. 525 "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" (A Little Night Music), and Leopold Mozart’s "Musical Sleigh Ride." Additionally, Albinoni’s Adagio in G minor, Vivaldi’s Harp Concerto in D major RV 93 for harp and strings, and Handel’s Harp Concerto in B-flat major Op. 4/6 will be performed. Laura Laszloffy will appear as a soloist at the concert. An evening that brings Salzburg’s musical tradition to life.
